Ever since studying abroad in Shanghai when I traveled to the borders of Tibet and Pakistan on my own, I've been hooked on exploring the world. I've roughed it on a shoestring and luxuriated in five-star resorts. I've learned the importance of an airport transfer and the sheer joy of a late checkout. I've snagged last-minute reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants and booked local experiences in multiple languages.
